Spanish book wish list

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN HELPING FILL THE SCHOOL LIBRARY WITH GOOD BOOKS FOR KIDS TO READ LOOK BELOW…

There are many sites to look on to find Spanish books for kids as well as Christian Spanish books.  Below are some good ones that I found.  In general, we are looking for books mostly for kids grades 1-8 as we want them to begin to like books at a younger age to become interested in reading later on as well.  Any Christian books for kids would be great to have.  Science books.  Biographies.  Classics for kids.   Some specific books are : “Heroes of Yesterday and Today” in Spanish…these are a series of biographies of missionaries very well written for kids.  Spanish Arch books – these books are Bible stories put to rhyme (see link below).  Any books you know kids like that might be in Spanish as wellMax Lucado’s books for kids, Ramona, Gigi… I will work on putting more “wish books” on this list soon…

This link will bring you to Arch books(Christian stories in rhyme) from Barnes and Noble.  They are around 2.49 each and are lightweight paperbacks.  We would like any that there are in SPanish.. http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/results.asp?SID=210076&z=y

The link below has various great Spanish CHristian books for kids….you might be able to look on this site for the title and then find them cheaper on Amazon…(?)  THis site also has classic books like “Little House in the Big Woods” and some ”Lion Witch and the Wardrobe” books.  It also has Christian Spanish music for kids (even Steve Green kids one!) which would be VERY nice to have for the school.  There is no Christian music here for kids.
